Course Duration: 4 days The majority of people involved in delivering training have just “fallen into it” and never been trained on how to design, deliver and evaluate their training sessions. The trainer’s vocational or occupational expertise may be present but are they maximising the learning opportunities by communicating this information in the best manner? To be successful a trainer must have the skills not only to design and deliver effective “on the job” training but to also inspire and motivate their participants throughout and after the training session. This course provides you with all the skills, tools and structure needed to implement On-the-Job Training. This course is not suitable for trainers working with groups. Who should register for this course? All staff from any background are welcome to attend this course. It will be of particular interest to those people who have a responsibility to improve the skills of others they work with or are responsible for and is a great career enhancing course. |
